SALON POLICIES

Eden Hair is a private boutique salon. Elizabeth values providing undivided attention to her clients and wants clients to feel relaxed during their visit. It's preferred that you come on your own or with one other person/child if need be.

Elizabeth will provide professional advice and colour services using thoughtfully selected, high quality products. Taking care of your hair between appointments also matters. Eden Hair is not able to guarantee lasting results based on what happens to your hair between appointments, including the use of unsuitable hair tools, products or if you swim regularly.

It's important to her that you leave the salon pleased with your service and style. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, please get in touch with Elizabeth within the first week after your service. Eden Hair does not offer complimentary services for change of mind but will endeavour to adjust whatever it is that isn’t working within this period only. 

Please advise the salon at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. If not, a deposit may be required to secure your next appointment. 

If you are running late to your appointment please be aware it may impact the time available to do your hair, and she may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Elizabeth endeavours to respect your time and hopes you do the same for her.
